All customer-provided images, artwork, fonts, trademarks, and other content remain the customer's responsibility, and the customer must hold the rights needed to submit them for printing. Print Haven does not acquire ownership of customer content and does not verify legal rights beyond the agreed file-preflight scope.
Print Haven uses reasonable care in handling files and producing prints, but it does not guarantee exact screen-to-print color matching, identical results across different materials or batches, or any specific archival or fade-proof performance unless expressly confirmed in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Haven is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.
